FREED TERMS AND CONDITIONS |

Service |
|
This service is exclusive to current RAD Registered Teachers. When ordering, customers
must provide their RAD Membership Number to validate this status. This service is
operated by Freed of London Ltd, acting on behalf of Royal Academy of Dance Enterprises
Ltd. Your contract as a customer will be with Freed of London Ltd and all payments
will be made to Freed of London Ltd. Please note no futher discounts apply. |

Returns Policy |
|
You may return your goods to Freed of London, 62-64 Well Street, London E9 7PX,
within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Items must be unworn, in original packaging
and 'as new'. Freed of London are unable to accept tights if the packaging has been
opened. Please note that Freed can only process returns and refunds for items purchased
from this catalogue, or online at www.radefreed.co.uk. Items that are returned more
than 14 days after delivery, not in saleable condition, or missing parts, will be
charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.

Refunds |
|
Freed of London will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed
the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally
used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please
note shipping costs will not be refunded.

Packing and Sending Your Return |
|
Ensure that you send a copy or the original of the invoice with your return, making
sure the package is securely wrapped or boxed up. A receipt of postage should be
obtained for all returned items. Freed cannot accept responsibility for any lost
or damaged parcels. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices |
|
Prices are valid from June 2007. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Tax Charges |
|
Prices are subject to VAT, where applicable, at the prevailing rate for UK and EU Customers. Prices to customers outside the EU are not subject to VAT, however, there may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. Freed of
London Ltd is not responsible for paying these charges.

Back Orders |
|
Items unavailable at time of order are placed on back order, unless otherwise stated.
|

Payment |
|
All orders must be paid for at time of purchase.
Payment can be made using all major debit or credit cards.
Payment will be processed through WorldPay.
Freed of London cannot offer any form of credit.

|
Delivery |
|
Freed of London aim to dispatch orders placed before 12pm GMT the same day. However, in busy periods this may be longer. Therefore, please allow 14 business days for delivery. Freed will send items either by UPS or by trackable delivery. Freed of
London cannot accept responsibility for any late or undelivered parcels. Undelivered parcels returned to Freed may be subject to a re-delivery fee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items returns policy |
|
Items found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect must be reported to Freed and returned within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Freed cannot accept worn clothing back unless the fault has shown itself very soon after initial wear, in such cases please wash garment before returning to Freed. Please identify fault on item by using sticky tape.
Freed of London are unable to accept back incorrectly washed garments (please follow the care labels instructions), items returned after 14 days of receipt of shipment and in the interests of hygiene, tights unless packaging is unopened.
Items returned to Freed will be reviewed and when the fault is verified a refund/exchange will be given. If items are found to be non-faulty, a re-stocking charge will be charged at Freed’s discretion.

You undertake that:

a) all details you provide to Freed for the purpose of purchasing goods or services offered on Freed of London’s web site are correct.
|
|
b) the credit or debit card you use to make a purchase from Freed is your own card or your company's card, that you are authorised to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services you order from Freed. Freed reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.

Acceptance of goods also constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

Law |

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
