FREED TERMS AND CONDITIONS |

Service |
|
This service is exclusive to current RAD Registered Teachers. When ordering, customers
must provide their RAD Membership Number to validate there status. This service
is operated by Freed of London Ltd, acting on behalf of Royal Academy of Dance Enterprises
Ltd. Your contract as a customer will be with Freed of London Ltd and is a business
to business contract. All payments will be made to Freed of London Ltd, and your
contract starts once payment has been received from your account. Please note no
further discounts apply. |

Returns Policy |
You may return your goods to:-

We must have written notification of you intentions of return within 7 days of receipt
of shipment, given the contract commences the day after receipt. Please note that
Freed of London only process returns and refunds for items purchased from this catalogue,
or online at www.radefreed.co.uk. Nylon based products are exempt from return due
to the distorted nature of the goods once worn. Nylon products deemed faulty by
Freed of London Limited will be accepted as returns and subject to a full refund.

Packing and Sending Your Return |
|
We would be greatful if you would send a copy or original invoice to help us to
process your return more efficiently, making sure the package is securely wrapped
or boxed up. A receipt of postage would be advised for all returned items. Freed
of London Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels. This
policy does not affect your statutory rights. Freed of London Ltd can offer a returns
collection service for a standard courier charge, dependant on location and weight
of returned goods. Please contact Freed of London Ltd returns department for a specific
price.

Refunds |
|
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase
within 30 business days. All postage returns charges are deemed payable by the consumer,
unless item is deemed faulty by Freed of London Ltd, then a full refund is given.

Prices |
|
Prices are valid from June 2007. Prices and specifications are subject to change
without notice.

Tax Charges |
|
Prices are subject to VAT, where applicable, at the prevailing rate for UK and EU
Customers. Prices to customers outside the EU are not subject to VAT, however, there
may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. Freed
of London Ltd is not responsible for paying these charges.

Back Orders |
|
Items undelivered at time of order are placed on backorder, unless otherwise stated.
Substitute products can be offered under written notification should any products
be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery |
|
Freed of London Ltd aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. However, in busy periods
this may be longer. Therefore, please allow 30 business days for delivery. Freed
of London Ltd will send items either by courier or by trackable delivery. Freed
of London Ltd can not accept responsibility for any late or undelivered parcels.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items returns policy |
|
Items found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect must be notified to Freed of London
Ltd in written form within the 7 days following receipt of shipment. Also see return
policy above.

a) All details you provide to Freed of London Ltd for the purpose of purchasing
goods or services offered on Freed of London’s web site are correct.

b) The credit or debit card you use to make a purchase from Freed of London Ltd
is your own card or your company's card, that you are authorised to use it, and
that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods
or services you order from Freed of London Ltd. Freed of London Ltd reserve the
right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing
you with any goods or services.

c) Freed of London Ltd written notifications are classed as:-

iii)Fax
We always advise proof of postage for any returned product.

Law |

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
